loan for purchase of Commercial Property. Salient features of the scheme are as
follows:

Applicants combination will be as per scheme parameters covered under Griha
Vikas.
(4) Property Types: Shops/ Showrooms, Office Premises,
Banquet Halls
And
Warehouse where properties are ready to move and Occupation Certificate /
Completion is obtained from Statutory Authorities.
(5) Quantum of Loan: Minimum loan –Rs. 50 Lakhs
(6) Rate of Interest: Linked to LHPLRNH – Current LHPLRNH
– 14.80%

Collateral Security (preferably in the form of residential property), to be
taken if required by the sanctioning authority
