Details:
The Rate of Interest shall be fixed for a period of first 6 months from the date of the first disbursement and shall be floating thereafter. The Floating Rate of Interest will be linked to the LHPLR prevailing at the time of the switch as per table mentioned below in Rate of Interest section.

After completion of 6 months from the date of the first disbursement, the floating Rate of Interest will be linked to the then prevailing LHPLR on next EMI due date and basis point spread will be as per the chart below:
